However, fate intervenes when a young woman named “Lyra”, who bears an uncanny resemblance to Ellara is sent to Marakh, as a bargaining chip by a rival faction seeking to undermine his reign.

Upon her arrival, Marakh feels a stirring within him that he thought long extinguished. The bloodlust he had suppresses for centuries awakens, igniting a fierce desire for Lyra that he cannot ignore.
