Hikari is a character that readers can easily empathize with; he harbors an unreciprocated crush on an upperclassman but finds contentment in simply observing Kizaki. As the story unfolds, you gradually uncover the complexities of his troubled home-life, deepening your understanding of him. The teacher’s true intentions remain ambiguous until the very end, creating significant conflict without descending into outright villainy. The artwork is stunning, particularly the depiction of the sensei—just...wow.</p>
