I'm going to be honest, the MC starts of extremely OP, basically Chuck Norris-tier one-man army, and you can tell from the various scenarios in the first chapter. Also from the first chapter, we can use foreshadowing to predict that the author will be extremely biased towards the MC; Even MC's sisters was spared from death indicating lack of any tragedies in the future and the novel will most likely just be a Stomp-on-NPC type novel. Not sure why the author would come up with such a stupid family evaluation system. Sexist maybe but it certainly dies imply that males should marry as many wives as possible? No Emperor would implement such a retard-level caste system requiring a male heir because guess what? 50% of all births are males which means that 50% of the population are by definition aristocrats and would  be entitled land from the government, rent out, and collect taxes from their fiefdom. What about individual contribution? Would you fire your generals because their sons died in battle for the country? Wouldn't this force the sons of generals/commanders/etc to not inherit their fathers battle knowledge? If you were a commoner and have to send your sons out to battle, if you lose your son then you would basically be doomed to stay in your place in the caste system and never move up; Essentially locking your upward mobility if you were poor. We all expect future dystopias but man, we already have a dystopian-style historical empire. Huge amounts of logical fallacy.Uprising anyone?

One of the best I ever read. Comparable to coiling dragons. Wish the quality would remain the same without fillers in the future. The translation is one of the best and the tone suits the story.

Dang no wonder people didn’ want to vote for this… The very next chapter MC got chosen for South Korean Kingdom… Author straight up berated them and call them weak and call the queen manipulative. Remember the first queen(China in this world) he chose was rash and be was loyal to her and sacrifices every for her and give her a chances. Next queen used him as a breeding tool and he still like her(also china in the world). Third empress which appear a chapter after this(chap 41) just manipulate people to stay in power and actually have some ability. He humiliates her…(South Korea in this world)

I’ve really been enjoying reading this. The first thought I had was that it was going to be another mech style novel and a standard plot. However I’ve been underestimating, I really enjoy the quirkinesses and unique writing style the author has along with the unusual situations the protagonist finds themselves in. (Sorry I’m not good at writing reviews I’m just saying how I feel) I’ll be looking forward to the next chapter 🤗
