I was reading this as a favor to the author but I must say I am incredibly impressed. The use of vivid imagery combined with just right amount of action keeps my interest throughout the entire prologue. I am curious to see this Ojero and what he us all about. But still, so far I am very impressed with his story telling and world building abilities. Well done. Just one critique, what does Lazarus look like?
Fantastic world built and a strong plot. I love the characters and their interactions. The flow of the chapters is pretty engaging that I didn't feel bored at all. Though punctuation corrections at some places should be taken care of.

This is a review for my own book, but I do think you will all enjoy it!
The book focuses on Ojero Guestino who gains the ability to copy other mages powers with a dark twist to them! The origins of his ability are responsibility for both it's power, and the feelings of society towards it!
Some parts of the opening may be slower, but I promise it will all be worth it soon enough!
