Goddess Knows

Diana knew who her mate was after her first adult shift. She spent the next two years avoiding him so that she could leave for college and become more than a pack housewife. For two long years, her scent lingered around town driving him mad. His mate was close, but then at the end of August one year, the scent just disappeared. But then a few days before he's to rise to alpha he's working with Brian on a patrol problem when his daughter calls saying she hit a deer just outside of town and asks for a ride everything falls into place.
