Finally finished this book. That was a great read though it waffled a bit there with their romance and it felt like forever but they got there in the end. Loved that we got an insight into how their family grew and how relationships were restored or started. Thanks for that!
the one thing i hated most in this novel is the TRANSLATOR AND HIS NOTES.....he in my opinion is MORE narcissistic than ANY WRITER i have ever seen. not only that he has to put his two cents worth in atleast 2-4 times per chapter/page....i have never seen some one write so much about their translation prowess and explain the themselves more than this guy. ugh it ALMOST made me drop this novel by chapter 20...really really really hate this.
Well it's not that the fl is a Buddha, but because at first, when she help cure the spike master Mu suffering from, it's to repay kindness and she's the only girl there and she doesn't want to be raped. Secondly, I think I forgot the reason but from what I remember, she helped that young master Chen at the train because she somewhat knew them and because that young master is only choking before but got worst because of interference by Mrs. Jiang. Also, you said it yourself, "majority of drs become drs not bec they want to help people", so there are still some that would gladly help if they are sure about their abilities, that can save a favor from others afterall. Well, if you're not talking about this two, then I guess I have no more to say.
These are the worst. I bet he would be happier if she would’ve just let him die instead of doing something that disgusting, disrespectful and degrading to him and herself. I hoped it would’ve just been a misunderstanding and she never did something like that. That way I at least could respect her. But since she really did it there is no way I will ever look at her with anything but disgust
