More than a year later, in summer, Bai Yong’s body is discovered on Queming Mountain after a rain-triggered landslide.
As the investigation proceeds and multiple suspects are examined one by one, the process behind Bai Yong’s disappearance gradually becomes clear. However, the case ultimately reaches a dead end.
Yan Dongcheng refuses to abandon the investigation because Female Suspect B remains on his suspect list and cannot be ruled out.
