    What a weird ending, for a chinese novel anyways. The main character's idol brokethrough to the last stage and not him. And most weird of all was I can't remember one 'young master courts death' scene. Yes there were a few enemies, but they didn't try to kill him on the basis of the status their father gave them. So all in all I'm disappointed that we aren't shown if (well I don't think it's if but when) he makes the breakthrough and 2nd most important is that we aren't shown their marriage. But I think it's good as it is. Every other chinese novel I've read is about murderhobo mc's (unless they have a system and open a shop in a cultivation world😏) so I'm happy that the author didn't go that route after 700 chapters. Oh yes and he's a nice and relatable mc, quite rare lol. Oh and also a troll to only reveal his nickname on the Longhu Club forum on the last chapter.

    If only the MC was smarter than a goldfish after a stroke, this story could have been great. It is too bad, because the writing itself wasn't bad.

    this novel ends at chapter 160+.. the author dislike the way the novel flow of direction.. i dont know the reasons but i think it mismatch what the author wants.. or he got lack of ideas for the next arc/chapters.. mc pet got strong so fast..

    Dropped at chapter 28, the novel is decent compared to some you can find on this app don’t mistake me, I just don’t like the integration of super powers / cultivation in this type of novels and that’s what happened there. Good read to whoever likes that
