what to expect lots of fighting. I'm at ch150+ and their isnt any actual romance going on. their are no significant cliches or if their were I dont remember.
in the end it's a simple book for now and worth the reas if you are tired of reading overly edgy mc or literal p*rnagraphy with plot in the middle.
What an intriguing story idea! I'm excited to follow Jay's journey as he uncovers the hidden dangers and discovers the secrets of dungeon diving. I'm sure Jay has much to learn and this story is sure to be riveting.
Now don’t get me wrong I like this novel quite a bit, I’ll always enjoy a good dungeon society/ skill stealing story but the main character is what one would call a battle junky with a bad habit of practically announcing that he has cheat like abilities to everyone and their grandmother.
I’d give the world and overall story 5/5
But character design / development is a -3/5 for me.
My issues start with the lack of creativity. The mc just goes around killing and collecting skills without using them properly or thinking of how he can utilise them better. It's just more and more skills.
Second issue is with how he wants to solo but somehow he always ends up with someone else or a group and his secrets are laid bare and he ends up telling people about it. This happens despite the fact he knows his skills are broken.
Thirdly it's just a bunch of levels. I don't really see much of a story here at all. The guy just keeps going to Dungeons and easily gets levels.
I mean what's the point??? This novel has such nice covers but the story has been a real let down till now.
