Review:-The novel's cultivation system has not been described in detail yet, so I'm not gonna talk about it right now.MC of this novel is cool, calm, likeable and doesn't put on any airs. He is ambitious but not reckless. He seems to be the kind of guy who always takes calculated risk and always keeps a few cards hidden so as to meet exigent cirumstances head on. He is also a decent guy, not like Fang Yuan, etc. He is a scholar before transmigration and after too. He doesn't get any fortuitous encounters or meet any great sage. He reads, understands and draws inferences from scriptures to develop his powers.Other characters in this novel are well etched out too except his rival who is annoying. Female characters don't fall for MC left, right and centre but they are not the kind who are malicious to plot against the MC for no reason either. Maybe such characters might show up in the novel later on, considering the novel is 3000+ chapters long. In other words, this novel has female characters who behave like people in 'real life'.Plot moves at a leisurely pace- which I believe is the reason it's not popular- but doesn't get repetitive, the author explores the various aspects of the world as the novel progresses. The fights are grounded in the current arc but it will get Xianxiaesque in future chapters I suppose. The world is based on feudal China with sects on end of the power balance and the Emperor on the other hand.Overlall this is a really good novel to read, if you are tired of other cliched novels on this site but I gotta warn you that it takes time to hit the spot. If you are looking for a good non-cliched- no arrogant young masters lining up on the death queue, no fortuitous enocunters growing on rooftops, etc- novel, you should probably give this one a try.

The story is slow, but well developed with logical growth. Our MC awakens as a grasshopper but with very few memories. However, it the only downside that throws me off is the name of the MC as system. It's hard at times to delve into because of that fact.

First off, I commend the super minimal grammar lapses. (Yo, that's important because it's difficult to read a story with so many grammar lapses.)Next, I love the story. :)It started with an interesting and emotional scene that will make you read more. (Some characters really annoyed me. I am looking forward to them getting messed up.)I am a gamer myself so seeing talk about game stats and other stuff caught my interest. It was well explained throughout the story. I could really imagine the situation and the effects of different stat to our main character here. His level, mana, etc. Even the items. BTW author, you have good naming sense for the items and skills.I like how the skills and items were described. As well as how the characters' emotions were portrayed. This story made me feel like I am playing a fun game. It's nice. ^_^Lastly, there's a cute character in this story and I am looking forward for it. Bloop bloop.I will continue reading this book.

The plot of the story is quite interesting, so was the first and second chapter. The way the author describes the scenes is pretty good too. I am curious to see what will happen next to the protagonist and how this story will become a murder mystery story. Although it would be better if the chapters were updated more often. Keep up the good work author! :)

Overall, a good story and plot.  As with the author, the background is very imaginative.  However, I still prefer MDZS over TGCF because the former is funnier particularly the conversation and has more intrique.   In terms of love, relationship and possibly poetic words (I think you need to know Chinese to appreciate the literary work), TGCF is deeper.  The little side details like the Er ming sabre and Ruyoue while silk interactions is cute.  My complaint is there should be at least a couple of chapters to give more insight into the other male lead, Hua Cheng like where he originates from and how he develops into a Supreme Ghost King.

Basically what would happen to Germany if Adolf didn't rise to power after Weimar thus preventing several atrocities.
