I like how the story took a different turn from the second chapter keeping the suspense that what could’ve happened after the monster appeared, giving it an opportunity to introduce new characters. One of the most beautiful and wonderful novels I have read, combining investigations, crime, horror, gothic horror, bloodshed, psychological horror, cosmic horror, darkness, sadness, love stories and drama. The writer seems to be creating a complete story from all aspects. It really amazed me, to be honest.
