"Kat, you have a tail," said Lily.
"Look, Lily, it really isn't that big of a concern," said Kat.
"You. Have. A. Tail, Kat," said Lily. "How is this not a concern to you?"
"Well, the dream I had was a bit weird as well, but if I’m honest, I’m mainly worried about the floating text that’s on fire," said Kat.
"THE what?" said Lily.

The idea of the story is good with the aura thing but the mc is so stupid. He would trust too easily and even explain or help people even before they became his allies. And he's more of a simp too. Lived more than 40 and his thinking age is that of teens acting all grown up. All the characters here have no depth as of yet, i think the author likes to write simple action-fantasy stories or its a newbie writer. He got good ideas but the way he weaves it into the story plus the carelessness of the characters dont build up much depth in the story. They would believe whatever the mc spouts, even the first girl who became his companion easily followed him just because he teached her not to write her elements in the forms. And then the stupid mc gets a harem just by telling sweet words to an exhausted girl and then all her fellow workers just immediately fell for him. Even the secretary of his business partner fell for him just by praising her and her stupid backstory is that his father never praised her and yet she got satisfied by a praise from a 15 year old? Anyways its still passable but this all that i think is wrong from this story at my current progress of reading aside from the bad english. Its not too bad of an english as it is umeasily understandable yet a proofreader or something could have at least checked on it. - infiniti

Wow, this is unexpectedly good. It's fictional but there's still vaague background of uk in 17th-18th century, I think? And it's not pyre romance. It has a spark of mystery too, and the MC both have dark characters. And I have to say that I'm quite shocked to read which one is gong and which one is shou . Recommended read
