Cons:1. The writing or rather translation here is quite clunky and author or translator sometimes forget the facts that they have established as times go on.2. Mc used be quite low key and cautious but after the 400th chapter, there is 180 change in his personality, becoming a flamboyant, blood thirsty and radical person which is quite a jarring and sudden change.3. The ending is quite abrupt as well, there is way more to the world and plot which were setup earlier, however we don't see any of them. worse of all is that by the time the story ends the mc isn't even that strong in his own world, so kinda disappointed because of that as well.overall if you can turn off ur brain to the translation issue and occasional logic breakdown, u might enjoy this since this is main a slice of life, cultivation, mystery and fantasy in the first 400 chapters.0 0 Reply

It was a good story, even if was pretty simplistic and not very original. The translation was actually good up to chapter 429, unfortunately the translator seems to have abandoned the work and someone is just uploading machine translation. A sad and agonizing death to what could have been a good middle-tier work,0 0 Reply

If you want the character to develop than this is not for you. If you like a monotone MC that this is for you. The story was good when I started reading. At first I thought that the MC will improve himself and he did but it's like he is a dead man with no emotions. All he cares about is surgery. He did not think that if he goes to a higher end hospital he would gain more experience and knowledge. The fact that he thinks that only he is a proper doctor is mind blowing. He forgets names and never tries to correct it. Has zero communication skills despite being a doctor but says that he comforted someone who had cancer, plot hole or what?he has also been threatened a few times but never took self defense.Food, friendship, hobbies, nothing. I really wanted a good medical novel with slice of life but this is all about surgery. the MC doesn't even lives at his home. He stays in the hospital all the time. in 100 chapters he went out less than 10 times. All in all I'm disappointed because i really liked the beginning when the MC had some emotions.0 0 Reply

When I first figures that a game and cultivation world is involved, I thought it would be yet another game system in a cultivation world. As it turned out, it's actually a transmigrated character in a cultivation world who can move into a game, which is created specifically to affect reality. I don't think I have ever encountered this specific combination before. The chapters so far have been a nice treat. Let's hope it will continue to be so.0 0 Reply

I think it is high time I review Myriad Island...but what will I say? This novel mostly revolves around Elias who finds peace after escaping his Past. Sadly after things seem to flow in a good way for him, he was swallowed by Space and found himself in another World... and he was forced to fight to survive.Well, the concept is not new, but that was about almost all novels, but the purpose and the flow of things are unique, Fresh out of Celestial Mind!It contained depth and Lore that will be unravelled gradually as we go deep into the story. If you have any...?... you can ask them here!0 0 Reply

Its a pretty good book its a lot like The bloodline system, however the MC isn't instantly over powered and doesn't revolve around space and space travel. This story has a nice pace to it is written well. The people around MC are not just empty NPCs they feel like people as well which isn't that easy. Anyway keep up the good work look forward to reading more.0 0 Reply
