The second story (The Flying Stewardess) was the least engaging of the bunch. Perhaps this is due to my American perspective, as I don't share the apparent fascination with the flight attendant profession that seems common in Japan. Nevertheless, it's brief and easy to get through, so it's worth giving it a try.
The last story (The Heart is Your Kingdom) is incredibly endearing, exploring themes of long-term love and crushes, along with the complexities that arise during high school. It's sweet and heartfelt, featuring a religious setting without being preachy in any way.
In summary, Aquarium is a quick read. The art is visually appealing, even if it occasionally feels a bit dated. The stories are concise and enjoyable, addressing topics still highly relevant to high school students everywhere. While it may not be the pinnacle of this genre of manga, it remains a delightful read.
