BL Marrying the enemy for the second time

Marrying the Duke of Grimsbane was horrible enough once. But I had to do it all over again? I spent those five months in the Dukedom but realized that they were disgusting people in less than a week. The only reason they gated me was because of my last name and their opinion didn't change no matter how many times I helped them. After three times, I gave up on pleasing them and decided to live comfortably. When I opened my eyes next I was back five months prior. But why was everything changing suddenly? Why was the Duke suddenly saying that he fell in love with me at first sight? Why was everyone in the Dukedom nice to me? What happened while I was dead?
