I do believe and try to uphold that sentence, of course while upholding the laws of justice and what's fair (punishment and reward)

But guess what? We play video games like GTA or read novels like these to see Mc b1tch slapping people who merely cursed him once to death, not to read about a saint.

A saint is, imho, objectively bad for fantasy novels because they are too passive. And a protagonist who is merely passive and reactive instead of active is just a straight recipe to losing reader attention.

The story is quite lighthearted and makes for a fun read. It's humorous, yet it also gives you insight into how ghosts feel about leaving their loved ones behind. If you're searching for intense ghost or horror tales, this isn't the one for you. There's a touch of romance, and the character interactions are highly entertaining. While the ending might be a bit lacking, it's still enjoyable. It's a truly sweet and funny story overall. I hope you like it just as much as I did!

This manga had a rather off-putting cover, which wasn't very inviting at all. It didn't seem particularly intriguing. The summary on the back was no help either. However, once you dive into the story, you realize it's far from your typical run-of-the-mill tale about the afterlife.

It has a solid comedic thread running throughout, and the characters are compelling enough to make you curious about their backstories. (Although, the main character is a bit average.) I enjoy Mica's manga; she also wrote "A Bride for the Dragon," which was an excellent series. You'd want to read this manga if you're looking for a lighthearted take on the afterlife. It approaches death with a more studious perspective rather than a depressing one.
