I think the one major drawback of this novel is the main character. He is way too impatient about everything. You'd think a guy who spent years in a wheelchair, saw his mother almost get assassinated, and thinks his brother's death was part of some conspiracy would try to lay a bit lower and increase his strength more. I mean per the novel the MC's brother was roughly 20 times more powerful than the MC is at chapter 25 and had way more real world experience and the MC is trying to rush to figure out what happened to him. Maybe get stronger first. The world background seems relatively interesting. The other characters seem to be written with more sense than the MC which is nice. The problem is that they aren't the person you are reading about. The story development feels a bit rushed mostly because of the MC's personality.
Great story and writing. The basic idea somewhat reminds me of Bleach, but the writing is fantastic and interesting. Funny commentary always gets a chuckle. A better read than most of the popular books.
One of a kind novel, there is nothing g like it anywhere, just straight up sensational.None of those really annoying and obvious schemes or predictable actions either just genuinely great writer 👍
Although I have read many reincarnation stories this one seems a bit different. It have a lot of potential but it will be great if the author just went through and fix the little mistakes in the sentences.Anyhow that doesn't mean the story is bad. It was perfectly fine and it keeps anyone engaged. Story development is OK. The loving charecter suddenly getting changed into a pervy one is little bit of irritation for me but still the book is worth a try. Keep it up author let your story influence many as possible.
Before anything, i just want to say that this novel is, as TheLordOfOrcs said, surprisingly well written. With that out of the way, i want to say that i just found this novel by accident, and man, it was a fortunate accident.I came with little to no expectations but i found myself reading all of it , even though the supernatural, which was the main thing i came for, has yet to appear in the book.I can't say that you will surely like it, but you can give it a try.
I like the "old veteran" type of of MC. The protagonist is already experienced, sometimes power progression feels a little repetitive so skipping all that 'growing up' character development can make it easier on the readers. But it comes at the cost of the person's innocence. A typical young and naive MC can feel a little stupid at times but we can be immersed in their individual perspective and character developments and understand why a character would make certain kinds of choices afterwards. By literally combining the 2 into the same body I feel happy getting the best of both worlds. Evin utilizing the valuable wisdom that comes with age while also experiencing moments of first time innocence and ignorance is just so adorable.
