I made it to chapter 427 and I just can't do it anymore. Every problem in this story can be solved with the characters saying 3 little words, but everyone constantly carries the *d**t ball and is incapable of actually talking about their feelings so we get tons of pointless drama and nonsense. F*ck this story.
The story has an ending (a good one in my oppinion) and the epiloge is just a forced extra ending to it that is completly unnecesarry and actually worse than the original.
The original is a wholesome but somewhat tragic ending while the epiloge wants to be the 'happy' ending and it just doest work well with the original tone of the story. Maybe if we had only the epiloge ending they I could accept it but right after the original ending it just makes it weird.
Its like when a cartoon or anime ends with a complete ending and after that they relese a movie after the originals time line with a new ending that just tries to make it more child friendly.
I'm almost a 100 chapter in this novel. I like the story, it's good, okay. Just, him hiding his power is getting annoying. I mean, I get it, he doesn't want attention and there's still enemy out there. But it's annoying me how people kept looking down on him. And like, he showed his strength to some people already, some people who went to his college knew about it too, how could rumours not travel around at all? I'd probably understand if someone is suppressing the rumours to come out, but there was no mention of that at all. Like how could this annoying bunch not know of how strong he is, even walls have ears you know. I'll read more anyway, I kinda like the story after all.
