The rejected Alpha and the witch

Czar faced rejection from his pack as they deemed him ineligible to be their new leader due to the unusual circumstances of his birth. To gain acceptance, he was told that he needed to retrieve an emerald gem from the devil's bridge, a mysterious place situated between life and death. This bridge could only be accessed with the blood of a dragon, a rare and daunting task. Mara, a skilled witch, found herself unjustly accused and forced to flee her own pack after falling victim to jealousy from another enchantress. Determined to clear her name, Mara sought an alliance with Czar. She agreed to assist him in his quest for the gem, promising that in return, he would grant her any wish, even his own soul, in exchange for his freedom.
