Speed, Surprise, and Violence of Action.
Not everyone plays games for fun. I suffered some pretty traumatic injuries as a 'logistician' for the Army. While getting material from point A to point B, someone decided to C if they could stop me. They did, but the mail got delivered anyway. While in recovery, I received a very interesting offer - play a game to see if the new Deep Immersion technology could help with recovery. The applications would be numerous: helping cripples walk again, allowing the blind to see, and offer a bit of independence to those who normally rely on others. But I've spent 25 years in the army and have no idea what I'm doing.
So what happens when you put an old man into a new game?
This is my story.
