I like this book a lot. The story itself is intriguing I think the author needs to work on some issues with making her characters flawed but likable. Specifically, the main character. She seems flawed (which is good) but she lacks depth or redeemable qualities (which is not good).
Merra put her finger to her chin exposing her lovely, voluptuous body. He had no idea why she was older then the rest of the students. She seemed to be eighteen, and plump as a plum on a beautiful tree.
