Ryan's story is heartbreaking as it is heartwarming. His life, his struggles,  and the love that he finds. Anyone reading can find something to connect with.

Imagine a cliche and now imagine the same being used a 100 times. That is this novel. MC looks like a poor guy, goes to high end place, the employees there mock MC. Then MC shows that he is not a poor guy who came to rob but a tiger pretending to be a pig. The employees apologize and the boss or manager of said business comes and mediates the situation.I am currently at chapter 29 and met the saving a beauty in distress twice.

It's an interesting novel, it reminds me of those 80s action movies, like Charles Bronson's Death Wish, or those old kungfu flicks. MC is as evil as the villains, the pace is very fast. If you want a righteous hero, then look elsewhere (and don't bother giving those childish one star reviews).
