The Blind Luna

In a solemn and authoritative tone, he declared, "This is a command, not a request. Direct your gaze at me," he insisted, raising his voice until it sent chills down my spine. A voice from the crowd interjected, "She's blind," and my legs trembled with the realization. He confronted me, demanding, "Are you blind?" I remained silent, unable to respond. Frustrated, he shouted, "I'll ask again: are you blind?" Receiving a tearful and quivering answer, "Yes," he publicly exclaimed, "A blind mate! The moon Goddess has given me a useless, weak one. What can they accomplish? They're of no significance." His harsh words pierced my heart like daggers. "You'll never measure up to me, and it'd be a waste to have you as my partner," he declared, leaving me feeling utterly defeated as my legs gave way and I collapsed to the ground. My deepest wish was for him to cease, for each word seemed to stab deeper into my soul. Finally, he declared in a resolute voice, "As Alpha Ace Ray D King, I reject you as my mate."
