Warning MC is not really a dragon, just some random teenager who can't keep his d*** in his pants. Well I don't get it how someone could call him a dragon, there is nothing dragon above him.

Overview TL;DR : A mediocre story with bad characterizationYou know how you're reading a story and you like the elements in it like intrigue, super powers, progression, unique world, etc.... But there's something that's just off... about the story?You, like I were probably missing proper character design and development. And none suffer more than the Main Character himself Quinn. After reading 276 chapters, all I can say about his personality is has a "strong spirit" and that's only because the author specifically said so. What's even more interesting is while being a orphan and bullied for probably his entire life, he has no social defects.Any other author who written a orphan character would build them up to have specific attributes like: incredibly isolated, irritable, vengeful, resourceful, or cunning due to circumstances. MC himself has circumstances that could characterize him (elaborating would enter spoiler territory for the first chapters) but the author doesn't uses it to define him.Even other characters have more defined characterization than him. One of them acts in a flippant manner, another has a passion for a certain subject. Man, even a character I hated has his own interests. As for MC, you couldn't even tell me if he likes anything specifically.Really it's all about characters. The author is bad at characterization, like describing the way he uniquely acts or behaves, or adding character defining moments that demonstrates the type of person they are. This is what ruins a novel, making the readers not care about the characters.A better reviewer might focus on the other problems of the novel (e.g. bad antagonists) but what I wanted to focus on was this as it's something that if not improved, the author will only produce half-baked stories.

I really liked the story and the character developement of the main character. Because of many betrayels troughout the story, Gabriel lost the trust in the humans around him. Also the part of him being the reincarnation of an infamous former god is ok.But somehow the author tried to much. Lots of sidecaracters are not mentioned for 100 chapters only to get killed in the first instance they reappear. Now even the maincharacter Gabriel is exchanged for his past self. First he fused his soul with Karyk ( his former life) only to get split for some cheap reasons a few chapters later.

Oh look, another one of those novels. Crippled youth gets picked on and called trash, finds a universe-shaking treasure in his backyard in an obvious location that for some reason isnt found by any other of the (much more talented) millions of other cultivators out there. May or may not include a spirit master, skill books or scrolls that teach him ancient arts that gradually make him unrivalled, supposedly... Yet always seems to get his ass handed to him by power creep baddies. Worry not, he eventually trounces them, only to get trounced by their uncles, then their grandpas, then their ancient ancestors, then their supreme all-father. in short, another ****ty xianxia novel.

To all those readers who feel that the act of cooking, and washing dishes is an act of a beta mc, I'm afraid that this story may not be up to your taste. And could I please understand what your definition of beta mc is? Because I truly feel that our thoughts about this is a world of a difference apart. I personally hate the concept of a beta mc. For example, cases where a female character acts high and mighty in front of the mc, while ordering the mc to do things that is not beneficial to him. And the mc follows the instructions like a loyal dog. Yeah, I get it. I made two small scenes where the mc didn't want to wash his own dishes, or cook, but because of his sister's words, he followed through with it. Does this mean that he is now a beta mc?I don't know what you think, but in my personal opinion, regarding such small little matters, it doesn't even make a difference.Cooking and washing your own dishes are normal everyday stuff. Doing them won't kill anybody. But I understand that everyone have different thoughts and ideas, and some may be a bit too sensitive towards the topic of 'beta mc'. Or maybe you may argue that it is not the scale of his act that counts, but rather because he listens to his sister's every word. And you may also notice that in the later parts of the story, other than these two scenes, this case does not happen anymore. Honestly, I only wrote those two scenes as a joke, but I didn't expect that some readers would have such an adverse, immense reaction towards it

I love everything about this story and thank you Praise Kalu for giving me the right source to offset my stress for each day. I'm looking forward to the upload of many more chapters as we would follow along, respectable fan
