Such a good book.

I was uncertain if I liked it for the first 5-10 chapters but I kept going & it was worth it.  Everything eventually made sense & was explained through the book.  it was different from other books on this app that just explains as they go, and I loved the change!

The translation is really good, but the story. . meh. It's basically every other line praising the MC. Simply that. It might be good initially but you will realise that everything is a little too dragged and a plot armour of OP MC gets boring real fast. A story with no ups and downs, no real fight, just a ego boosting saga. It's pretty good if u like this stuff, but for those looking at quality stuff. . . this 'might' disappoint you after 100 chapters or so. Ppl stated something about it becoming sifi, I couldn't survive long enough to reach there, I don't find it worth reading verses of praises to reach there, rather choose a sifi story.

Sheesh, the poor MC being slammed with all that ridiculous pressure and nobody listening to him and treating him like an idiot without even bothering to think about anything just pushing their path onto him without bothering to think he could be suited to his own path more than theirs.  He can't even ask a reasonable question about something without them reading a lot of stupid into the question.

Most hateable thing about mc here is he always starts fight and that too with sneak attack . . .
I never seen mc who starts fight all of sudden while talking . . .
Only Villains/young masters in wuxias do this shit

This book passed the vibe check on all sides, suspense, dark, steamy, excellent writing, compelling storyline, perfects twists to keep you glued till the end, etc.
