Several years ago, Okuza Mizuki was Exiled from his clan due to his lack of the clans ability to manipulate water. Okuza now returns to his clans city as Okuza Adalbert, a master in the arts of Taint manipulation.
At the same time, mysterious murders of Mizuki members take place with evidence pointing towards his involvement.
