War.
Since even before the discovery of the wheel, humanity had known war. Perhaps it had been under a different name at the time, but the concept was the same. Years went by, and the war has never ceased. But now, the first interstellar war humanity has ever known has begun. In the midst of it is a ensign named Taliseen Avet, and his corvette starship "Duty". Having dedicated his heart and soul to his race, he will stop at nothing to win the war. Armed with only his wit and starship, he will sacrifice everything, even his own humanity...
