My path to Immortality

On my deathbed, surrounded by my family, I was hoping to reunite with my parents in heaven. Instead, I found myself in a mysterious place called "blank space" which promised great power if I could complete its trials. But before I could finish the trials, I was suddenly cast out, to be reincarnated into a modern magic world.
