Yes you are wrong.. The couple is already in love before the 100th chapter, it's just that the male lead easily gets jealous of the female lead even if she looks at a cat in front of him (literal )
And it's hilarious... The plicating skills of the FL are heaven defying. It's not those types of misunderstandings where you feel frustrated, it's the type where you'll be laughing out loud.

Is the novel down, the author or translator abandoned it, or is it complete on other pages?

The story reads like an expanded outline describing a large amount of meaningless actions and thoughts of the MC. If you don't make your own logical leaps and imagine some other world you've already read about, then it's mostly a confusing and somewhat blank story. There's like 25-50% actual content and the rest of it is rambling nonsense about irrelevant daily actions like a kid telling their parent about their day at school. It's painful on the eyes. Every sentence is short. Each of those sentences is a tiny paragraph by itself with linebreaks. It is annoying. Also, it's written in first-person POV with thought bubbles mixed in which makes absolutely no sense when they're not head-hopping into psychic author territory. First-person POV is already that character's thoughts. Why get weird with thoughtception? It makes the formatting atrocious.

7 book and a world I’m if you start this book find a comfortable a spot you not leaving. I had a good time in this world. I also had plenty of charters which makes a great book. I’ll see on their next adventure
