This is one of the worst stories I've ever started to read. The idea of returning back in time and make changes while not new is at least one not so overused like isekai. Nevertheless what could become an interesting story is ruined by bad grammar and bad characters. The story is almost unreadable, I mean if you publish a story, at least use free programs like Grammarly which would make the story at least readable. This is worse then a MTL chinese novel and that means something. While the idea of bringing new developments into ancient times is good, you need to show how that happens. But in this story there is this 5 year old boy who asks his parents for beetroots on day one and on day two has produced sugar and alcohol. I mean how? It's not how that works. It should at least be believable.
(Chapter 621)Alright, so this is my honest review after reading the other reviews here. And honestly, I can sometimes understand some of their points although I don't think it deserves such a bad rating.I don't exactly have an objective taste towards novel so I am just going to say what I think is good about this story and some other things,first of all, there is not much romance. Yes, it was hinted a few times and some characters do have a romantic interest in MC. But there is no hint that it will ever happen for at least another 300 chapters.There is a lot of side characters that are just one-dimensional. But that is bcs most of them are only intended to be there for an arc at most. And you can expect that the important characters to have their own unique personalities and probably will be developed even more(especially the students for obvious reasons).The relationship between the MC and the students is very great. But be aware that MC will teach his students behind the scenes. And expect that the one that will be showed is him giving life advice to them.The System's personality is a bit unsteady. Sometimes it is kind sometimes it is evil. So I suggest being prepared for this part.MC's personality is someone who isn't exactly hot-headed and more about scheming. Sometimes, he will be a respectable teacher towards everyone, sometimes someone who has experienced the cruel society for years.MC's decision is sometimes good sometimes bad. What I mean is that he isnt using the System's capabilities to its full potential and for the sake of slowing the plot, MC won't dabble on the student's past too much. But on the other hand, his other decisions can be called as someone who properly thought it out if compared to those MC who is just using the plot armor to its fullest.The world-building is great but is very slow to be revealed. There is law and rule to the society, unlike most cultivation novels where if you are just a tiny bit strong you can do basically anything.Face slapping is plenty and some of them are not just some simple slapping but is thought more properly.The plot is very slow-moving. I mean imagine that after reading 600 chapters he is still at the 2-star examination despite the fact that there is 9-star for the occupation and at least another 9 more levels as was hinted by the story.The relationship between MC and his fiancee is very weird. It seems that the author is having a hard time giving a proper reason why his fiancee didn't even help him at the beginning of the story. which is why it felt so force when she suddenly has a romantic interest in MC. Fortunately, romance is not the main attraction in this story especially when the MC doesn't seem to have any interest in having it(he does think of it but never tried to achieve it).So the conclusion that I got is this. The story plot is slow. The romance plot is meh. The world-building is great if compare to the common cultivation world as it has a proper society like IRL. The MC's character is a commendable one if you look at a teacher's perspective. MC's relationship progress with his student is pretty bad at the beginning but I believe if you wait patiently it will bear fruit. The System isn't exactly a likable character but not exactly hateful either if you can accept the fact that it is quite unstable. Because of the slow plot progression, many of MC's actions can be seen as quite stupid or not caring about his students and colleagues.My taste my not suited you. And I believe that there must have been some bad parts that I didnt catch. So I can only say for you to give it a chance. I can only say that for me, bcs I wait patiently the story is becoming better although exactly exciting or anything. But it is indeed turning better.
Writing quality: There are very few minor mistakes, the grammar is really good and you cannot really complain about itCharacter design: He is a kind soul, which a lovely mother, his childhoos is sweet and hard at the same time, but as the story you will see him grow up, and it makes even sense! No stupid character, no unnessesary face slapping, I like how he grows, how he behaves, and cant wait too see moreStoey development: Given a second chance in a new world, he has to grow up from an innocent child to a strong cultivator, the beginning is a bit harder to read but get over it! Shameful author given the story 5 star and given this week I will publish 1 chapter each day at 3 pm according to IST ( Indian Standard Time)I hope guys will support me continuous since next week will have extra additional plot I am planning to publish.
Great over all just fun and frantic and leaves u on edge , includes and ford truck which made it five stars duhhh, crazy story and woke me up after my nice long nap,and opened my eyes
