"For many years, she has consistently provoked me, residing in my home and safeguarding my father. Though her role as a bodyguard is clear, she has become an all-consuming obsession. With her captivating beauty, striking presence, and lethal skills, I've often fantasized about eliminating this constant presence in my life, thinking it would free me from the distraction she brings and erase Lena from both my dwelling and my mind. Unexpectedly, a turning point occurs when the cartel comes under my control. The very bodyguard who once threatened my peace now finds herself within my grasp. My feelings towards her are a复杂 mix of hatred and desire, bordering on the obsessive. Consumed by the idea of revenge, I plan to exact every ounce of longing I've held onto, reducing her to nothing more than a memory. This intense tale, 'Kiss of the Cartel: Luna & Andres,' is masterfully crafted by Nikita Slater, a talented author signed with EGlobal Creative Publishing."

I've heard, I just haven't gotten around to reading it yet! There are a few big stories that I haven't dug into, but I only recommend what I've read, so there are more than a few very popular webfics that still aren't on the list.

its very similar to many dao type chinese novels. there is the mortal world (usually just a large planet), then there is the outer realm area which is within the home universe but very large and houses the mid range 'top of their home world' cultivators (these beings cultivate things like laws of concepts like space and time sh*t like that, rather than the basic sh*t you do on the home planet). and then it gets to outside of the home universe, where the cultivators are basically just gods that can blink and destroy universes. The mc is rather friendly, especially to his loved ones, this is not an evil mc, but does some questionable things. the novel is rushed toward the ending, the last 200 chapters were noticeably worse than the first 400 chapters but still good enough to finish the novel.
