Jujutsu Kaisen: I am Sasuke Uchiha

This is a good novel but from experience at reading at gravity tales, the translator sucks. He said 10 chaps per week but the release rate was more like 1 chapter per 10 days

Fun but worrying start.  The MC and characters are pretty cliche and not in a good way.  The story abruptly starts and there is little in the way of confusion, panic, or really any emotion from not just our MC but all the people involved.  I'm not a fan of the happy slave trope which this novel leans into hard.  That said I am still enjoying it so far.  I probably won't keep reading it for long.  There are also translation issues that for the most part aren't too bad but an entire chapter is missing and there is some bits that are hard to follow (like what is supposed to be offensive about the last name of the family he meets in his second world visit???).

bear? then butterfly? will the third one be a ginseng or something? even the title sounds alike I didn't read a single chap at this point only the synopsis, I gave it 5 stars since it's another beast taming novel hehe

Ha the character of this story a make believed person with a so called power and its the norm in their world, w/out power your low ,cms a slave, in othet word no capacity

Plot is good. Characters are good. Build-up is good. What's bad? The dialogue, translator's thesaurus, authors list of phrases and their strange urge to push the MC on to a pedestal no matter the situation. Mainly because of the author, the book tends to go through waves of good and bad every 20 or so. The author keeps on putting in unessesary descriptions of the MC's BEWITCHING smile. Notice the caps? It's there for a reason. I have read 4 straight chapter with atleast one mention of the MC hanging around lazily inside her house and smilingly BEWITCHINGLY. That was the exact word used everytime. E-V-E-R-Y-T-I-M-E. I You would think that this was on the translator, but you'd be wrong. I thought that too when I first read Enchantress Among Alchemists, another one of the author's tled books, but that changed when I read the other books by the author. All the translators are diffeent but this pattren shows up in each book. It's like the author writes amazingly for a period of time then all of a sudden they remeber that they haven't talked about how amazing the MC is for a while so they write a bunch of chapters in a couple of hours, doing their best to build up the MC. Ex: The book started out terrible. The author was completely focused on trying to make the MC look amazing but there wasn't anyone there to be her foil. So what did they do? The made the MC confront her General grandfather. About what? He went to fight wars and when he came back he heard that his granddaughter had tried to kidnapped a handsome man in broad daylight so he asked her what was going on. Didn't hit her. Didn't yell. Just asked. But the MC lost her **** at him, lecturing him that he didn't care for his granddaughter and cared more about what other people told him. Worst of all, to make surebthat the MC looked all smart and astute, and because the grandfather was supposed to be a good guy and the good guy can't go against the MC, he even agreed that she was right!The author does this kind of thing multiple times but in diffrent ways. There's the BEWITCHING smile, the lashout at grandpa, all the times that the characters do a double take when she says something "shocking" (things they've already been told when the author was writing normally, but since there needs to be something to prop the MC up, we'll all just pretend we didn't already hear it once).All of this sucks because the MC is a great character, one of my favourite MC's infact! I hated her with a passion when I started the story but once the author started writing like a nprmal person, she was amazing! Her relationship with her grandfather was adorable and she was awesome with the ML. (Maybe spoiler)Quick note: if you've ever read one of the other books by the author, you know it's coming. The vengeful ***** that just won't die who's in love with the ML. It's in all of the author's books. Other books have them too but these women usually die in a about 200 chaps max at the start, but Vengeful *****™ is in a whole new league. It's been a while since I read so I can't remeber their names but there was the sickly daughter of the sect head who dreamed of the ML so she thought they were destined lovers (Evil Emp Wild Consort) (the author worked hard to push that one through, you'll know when you find out the real reason she dreamt of ML), and there was that girl who transmigrated into the MC's orignal parents rival clan's daughter who followed the main couple through multiple lives (Enchantress among alchemist)(man that is one sticky bitch)
