Gavin Clyborne's objective was to revitalize the island resort he had recently acquired. However, Amara Gabriel's journey took an unexpected turn when the plane she was traveling on tragically exploded. Upon discovering her washed ashore, the islanders recognized her as the missing individual they had been searching for. This sudden event raised suspicions about the cause of the plane crash. As Amara awakened, she found herself with an overwhelming blank slate – amnesia erased her past. Despite his initial reluctance, Gavin couldn't ignore the danger surrounding her and decided to intervene. To shield her from those seeking her harm in her vulnerable state, he came up with a bold plan. He introduced himself as her husband, setting both their lives ablaze with a potential emotional fire. Caught in the chaos of her forgotten life, Gavin stepped into Amara's world without her memories. But if their roles were reversed, what would happen as Amara's genuine feelings for him grew stronger, even without the recollection of their bond? Most readers don't seem to mind these issues, while others have dropped the novel early on, which I don't blame them for. There are occasional great plots, but they are often ruined by illogical decisions made by the main character, followed by poor excuses.
I still recommend trying it if you don’t mind the small details just don’t expect it to be perfect
