Secondly, I think I forgot the reason but from what I remember, she helped that young master Chen at the train because she somewhat knew them and because that young master is only choking before but got worst because of interference by Mrs. Jiang. Also, you said it yourself, "majority of drs become drs not bec they want to help people", so there are still some that would gladly help if they are sure about their abilities, that can save a favor from others afterall. Well, if you're not talking about this two, then I guess I have no more to say.

The MC being a male feminist in the story only exists so the author can have an excuse to jack off. The author is clearly desperate for love and attention to the point where every single woman fawns over our MC. Wish fulfillment is pretty disgusting.
