Being given the choice of a new life or just disappearing, Kaley chose the latter. Or at least that's what he tried to do. After an encounter with a bored divinity and an impulsive wish, he is reincarnated in the world of DBZ.
Everything seems to be against him, all because of that troublesome wish of his. Watch as Kaley struggles and tries to come to term with his new reality.

Lots of tropes, both Japanese and Chinese.
