In the dazzling world of high finance and lavish penthouses, Maya believed she had achieved the perfect life. Her fairy tale marriage to a influential CEO, immense wealth, and the prospect of a flawless existence seemed within her grasp. However, beneath the glossy facade, lurked a intricate web of deceit, cunning manipulation, and shattered aspirations. As cracks started to appear in her luxurious haven, Maya realized that her seemingly enviable success came at a steep cost - her very sense of self. Struggling between societal expectations and her husband's callousness, she felt herself fade into obscurity within her own life. A surprising encounter at a corporate event reignited a dormant fire within Maya - a fierce resolve to rediscover her worth. With every step into uncharted territory, she confronted treacherous tides of familial ties, marital duties, and personal growth. The choice before her was clear: continue living a deceptive existence or risk it all for genuine happiness. In a world where appearances mattered more than substance, Maya's quest for self-empowerment threatened to unravel the foundations of those who relied on secrecy and deception. The stakes grew ever higher, and the dangers became palpable. Would she muster the courage to break free from the constraints of societal norms? Or would the consequences of her rebellion prove too unbearable? One thing was certain - in the intricate dance of love and power, the truth could be veiled in layers of illusion.

A lot of authors seem to do this. What I remember is that you are to use italics for thoughts or use quotes and specifically state the character thought it. I prefer Italics though.
