    The title of this novel is misleading, the mc is not the Emperor nor does he want to be an emperor . His a dog that's only loyal to the country and wants to be under some useless empire sage that knows only how to steal his sons girl. The novel never actually tells you that the emperor is incompetent, according to MC he's a dragon amongst men, the novel tries to say that there are mysterious reasons for why he doesn't do anything when his country is going to sh*t. But this is absurd, this is a time travel story! The country did go to sh*t in the previous timeline. No matter what his mysterious reasons are, we know it failed.

    ermmmm. . .  this novel is honestly not bad. . . it's just that. . . battle after battle after battle after battle. . . if it's a manga it should be great but in novel form, i don't think so. especially when the characters are talking about the regions and map.
