The Hollow's Rebirth
Lucien, a remorseless killer known as the Hollow, meets his end mid-dissection, only to find himself in the afterlife. Anubis, god of the dead, attempts to usher him through the Nine Gates of Hell, but Lucien's apathy and morbid curiosity remain, even in death. His journey takes an unexpected turn when he is snatched away by the Sphinx, a celestial being acting on mysterious orders.
Lucien is deposited at the mouth of a cave, where a booming voice offers him a second chance at life in exchange for "cleansing demons." This encounter triggers a chain of cataclysmic events: a blinding explosion, a chilling proclamation from Lucifer, and Lucien's apparent annihilation. Yet, from the ashes, a figure emerges—Lucien, reborn, or perhaps something more.
He finds himself amidst a brutal gladiatorial arena, a twisted entertainment for demonic overlords who have conquered Earth after a cataclysmic "Great Ashing" blocked out the sun and unleashed hordes of hellish creatures. Humanity has been decimated, enslaved, and forced into grotesque breeding programs with demons, resulting in twisted abominations. Lucien, now possessing a strange mix of his former emptiness and a nascent, darker power, is thrown into this brutal world.
His journey is one of violent survival and self-discovery. He witnesses horrors beyond imagining, including his own brutal death and rebirth, the casual cruelty of demons, and the desperate struggle of enslaved humans. He is driven by instinct, muscle memory from a past life as an assassin, and a growing awareness of the demonic forces at play. He fights, he kills, and he begins to understand the true nature of his new reality.
Lucien's path is intertwined with ancient powers and prophecies. Lucifer, it is revealed, seeks an emissary, and Lucien is destined to fill that role. Hades and Anubis, rulers of the underworld, are aware of this looming threat and desperately try to stop it, but their efforts are thwarted by the Sphinx's intervention.
As Lucien navigates the brutal arena, his powers awaken. He embraces the chaos, his emptiness finding a twisted purpose in the carnage. He is no longer just the Hollow; he is something more, something darker, a force of chaos unleashed upon a world already consumed by darkness.
His escape from the arena marks the beginning of a new chapter, a journey into the heart of the demonic dominion, where he will ultimately confront his destiny and the forces that have shaped his existence. His tenth carnage in this new world is just the beginning.

This is one of the most underrated novel I have seen on this site. This story has so much potential, I can't read enough of this book. It combines some of the best ideas. I think this has the quality of a very good translated book. A author should of done a novel like this a long time ago. I hope the author adds multiple realms, and I hope the author makes this novel a 1000+ chapters. (I think the authors name is one of the best, and one of the most funny name on the site.)0 0 Reply

Every time I read the term Goblin I can't separate the aesthetics from the built in DnD, but I've always believed that the authors don't observe the goblinoid value as race to the human plot. Denisova and Neanderthals disappeared early in our world. The idea of two races with different intelligence sharing the same world would be brutal. The author could even simplify by making humans tame goblins with language and goblins enslave humans with torture, with pariahs on both sides to avoid strong censorship. Anyway, I put this comment in this text because invokers usually tend to have a little used and even repetitive plot. :)0 0 Reply
