A young teen had spent half his life paralyzed, trapped in a hospital bed, unable to move anything but his head. His only solace was the visits from his beloved sister, but even her presence couldn’t numb the overwhelming sadness and despair that weighed him down. Then, on what seemed like a routine visit, everything changed. His body weakened, and the unthinkable happened—his life came to an abrupt end. But death wasn’t the end for him. When he awakens, he’s no longer in the sterile hospital room. His body—once lifeless and immobile—now belongs to a child in an unfamiliar world. As he struggles to comprehend his bizarre new reality. What is this place? Why is he here? And, most importantly, will he ever see his family again? --- I don't own the show or any character in it. Only MC Enjoy

Very good!I’ve read the Russian version of the same book, and, as far as I see, the translation is even better.A nicely done historical exploration featuring the elements of romance, psychology, and even horror. Loved it!I would also like to mention that the writing style is exquisite and unique — it’s clear that the author was inspired by classic Russian literature. Can’t wait to read what will happen to John later in the book.

Firstly, the writing quality is above average, the humour being a nice touch.Secondly, The story developent is amazing, alrhough background and description of the surrounding area as well as shock factor from transmigration can be improved.Since my second point comes close to the subject of world building, I will address the world background. Although the qi and spiritual points were addressed, I feel like explanations on the jobs of shaman can be addressed too. Additional information on different qi levels could be addresed so as to know the setting (ie. cultivation world) better. Elaborating on the positions in the sect which XY’s father is the head of would be great too. Different creatures and the grading of items can also be elaborated on.Since world background also touches o  character design, this webnovel is quite good at that. Although, as with any other webnovel, there are some slight problems in understanding the charaxter of XY’s siblings and who is eldest, et cetera.Lastly, UPDATING STABILITY. If you came for chapters, mass releases and similar, you will be disappointed. This book has not updated in 5 months (at this time) and most likely will not update for a long time. I pray that the author will release more chapters soon.AHHHH, who the hell am I kidding. I am doing this on my phone a week after GRADUATING EXAMS. I AM BEGGING RHE AUTHOR, PLEASE UPDATE FOR MY SANITY, THIS BOOK IS *GNIQUF* AMAZING SO....dlrow siht quF

Chrysalis is a story about a human transforming into an ant monster in a world where every living creature has access to the System. Writing Quality - There is little repetition that I noticed, which is an unfortunately common affliction among many of the novels on this site. It is easy to read and understand without seeming underdeveloped or basic. This is what should be the baseline for all the novels on this site to reach.Stability of Updates - I binged the whole story over the course of 2 days so I cannot comment on stability. I have seen a few apologies by the author for being late occasionally, but the overall reader reaction is positive in this regard. Story Development - At the time of this review, there are 446 chapters released. The story is fine. Anthony, a newly reborn ant monster, is sent out into the massive Dungeon and he wants to uncover why he was summoned and who is Gandalf (the name he gives the System), all the while undergoing adventures and meeting new people and monsters, and sometimes eating them. It has good pacing with lots of room left for new interesting events to occur. Character Design - The Protagonist is the weakest link in this story. Put frankly, he constantly acts in a manner which infuriated me and a number of other readers by making stupid choices that a normal person wouldn’t make. I believe this is deliberate on the author’s part as it happens a lot but always seems to work out in the main cast’s favor in the end. Some wasted potential comes in the form of the main character’s backstory as a human. In order to keep this review spoiler free I will refrain from talking about it directly, but every time it appears I feel disappointed. The other characters are better and far more interesting, if a bit cliché. I wish more time would be spent on them, but I also know that a similar web novel Kumo Desu Ga, Nani Ka? does just that and I can understand if the author wishes to be distinct from it. World Background - The world building is where this story shines. At the start of many chapters, the author will give a snippet from some in-universe books which gives the reader some insight into the world of Pangera and those who live in it. The setting feels more lived in and real than most other #system novels that I have read and the protagonist is less of a prophesied hero and more like just another person in this world. Very Good.Overall - if you are interested in something to pass the time in an enjoyable manner without having to pay ridiculous premium costs, then I can recommend this novel wholeheartedly. Finally, 8 legs are better than 6.Fight me.

"Stabilized, but unconscious," Nichiren reported. "We need to get out of this dome. Sasuke, try a fireball and be quiet."
