In her childhood, Amara Dawson was raised in the Red Moon pack. Despite being the female Beta, she never quite fit in. As her world began to fall apart, she seized the opportunity to escape and found herself on the outskirts of Alpha Roman's territory. For the first time, she felt liberated from the constraints that had held her back. Roman, a successful alpha at 26, was respected by his enemies and cherished by his pack, but he wondered if his strong, possibly "dark" soul was destined for solitude due to a hidden aspect he couldn't control. When Amara, an enchanting and seemingly carefree wolf, appeared at his borders, he was captivated by her. His soul seemed to recognize hers, and he knew there was much more to this young she-wolf than she was aware of.
