hello junior, the author has several shared universes in which the protagonists will end up interacting at the end of his works, but in soul land each book changes the protagonist, in soul land we have tang san and in soul land 2 we have huo yuhao and soul lan 3 which is this book we have tang wulin and so on, and each book has a passage of time of 10,000 years between each book, there is no harem in any of the soul land books and there is also no NTR or things like that, This is a healthy read and I recommend you read it and you have to read it in order, if you skip the books you may get a little lost, if you have any questions you can ask and I will answer
