A boy’s dream

He dreams grandly but fall short He lives as he sees the present. A present dominated by hedonism whereby his will is dominated by pleasure seeking. He knows the steps he should take to reduce the impact of his mistakes. He doesn’t follow them. He looks at those mature enough. Those one level above him. Being dedicate and planning the future. He looks around seeing simple thing that other people’s do and envy their effort knowing fully well that he would not repeat them. Downcast he is. He is but a speck dust in the universe. His vision blurs and hearing deafens, trapped partly in another world unable to fully manipulate his present. He dreams He has ambitions Doesn’t know how to act upon his ambition Doesn’t want to act unless he knows fully that an action will be benefit him. Because why not, it may be a complete waste of time. But he is a waste of time. What is he. Who is he
