    Personally I think togashi is writing chapters rn. We know for a fact he at least has 40 in the backlog cuz his author comment when this newest batch was out. (For those curious it said that these 10 chapters plus the next 40 were written back in 2017)

    So personally I think he’s really close or already finished scripting HxH. It’s just a matter of if he himself will be able to finish it. But if the scripts are around until the end then even if the worst should happen I think the series will get finished
