A formidable grand wizard known as "Raim" resurfaces after a thousand years due to a botched experiment. As he embarks on a quest to reclaim his lost tower, he encounters "are" and "ere," two individuals who have been trafficked as slaves. Together, they form an unlikely trio: a quirky grand magician who relies solely on his cunning to earn money, and the adorable brother and sister from the miao tribe. Their endless adventure is just beginning to unfold.
Editorial staff's comment: Will Raim manage to recover his lost tower?! This is another ambitious work by Sung Sang Young, the author of The Gamer. Original Webtoon available on KakaoPage, Ridibooks, Naver Series, and Lezhin.

Doesn't take itself seriously, every time the story starts going somewhere it immediately derails into something stupid be it with some dumb and not funny joke or the MC going into I want to molest my students fit.
Too much pointless BL innuendo, from what he says you can see that the MC clearly likes women yet spends all the time cuddling and teasing both his apprentices and the female looking male elf as if he was a lecherous degenerate.
Story doesn't seam to be going anywhere in particular
The relationships of the main characters are dumb and feel completely unrealistic and fake and above all they are annoying.
MC alignment is supposed to be neutral-lawful but in the end always acts as if he was good all the time with one or another lame excuse. The kids are the classic and annoying goody two shoes that don't want to kill and want to save anybody for no real reason, given their history with humans, this behaviour with no proper explanation is also ridiculous, actually when they first meat the MC they are aggressive to him yet then they turn like a pancake for no reason at times even trying to save even those that mean them harm... Why?
Its only 75ch yet after 45 of those I already doubt I'll finish this one.
The low raiting is most probably because of the shounen ai undertone. WT looks like regular shounen so most readers that try it are male. However the way the story is presented is obvious fujioushi bait. It is only normal that the raiting will be low. None of the homophobes will give it high score and those that would like this sort of story don't know of the manhwa existence.
As for WT - quite good even if a little slow. Would love for MC to hook up with someone at last (be it man or female)! Can't believe that this is from the author of The Gamer! The two don't have anything in common past the fantasy tag -.-
The protagonist is extremely powerful, and he uses his power frequently. It's a refreshing change from the weakling protagonists that have become all too common. I'm not sure why this has such low ratings. After reading the first few chapters, I was hooked, and did not stop reading until I ran out of chapters to go through.
