    The entire point of the reveal was that what happened in this chapter made it so that Ukitake is now also in Hell, hence why he attack the former Espada from the other side of the Hell Gate.
    It was also said in this chapter that Yamamoto and Unohana passing through to Hell made the pathways to Hell bigger because of how powerful those two were. This by itself is confirmation that the two of them are in Hell now.
