Villains Behind the Curtains

What irks me about the story is that in the first half it is repeatedly stated that there are more advanced and powerful players and servers than the Necromancer and Korea, for example waaaay later it's gonna be revealed that during this part of the story Brazil was the strongest server in the world by far due to certains circumstances or that there was a genius Golem Master in Mongolia, yet we never get to see them, either they died or get wiped out before being shown.
