So actually i have read this manhwa (the comic and not the novel) i think till chapter 60++ in july-august 2020 where the hunting competition is already taken place. But suddenly i cannot find it anywhere.. and i just found that right now at this time and moment, the original manhwa in korea just reach about 43-45 chapters. I feel like I'm travelling to the future only to read this manhwa 😅. Or is this manhwa a challenge manhwa before it release as official manhwa??

well for spoiler, I am looking forward to the crown prince route bcs after hunting competition, Penelope will be trapped with crown prince in a cave because of the attempted murder . Only two of them. Later the crown prince will develop more feeling toward Penelope until it reach 60%. Faster and safest among all routes, regardless of what Penelope think at the first ecounter with Crown Prince and think that the route is not safe at all and will be avoided. Gogogo Penelope and Crown Prince.. as he was the sweetest among the male (beside ecclise)

I think this isekai webtoon is really different from others ^^
She has it really hard from beginning to even survive and earn the MLs some trust and 'love'
I still don't know who will the like main ML tho 😀

To be honest, I pity the main character. Her life in real life and her life as Penellope were very similar that she distrust and closed herself from all the people in the estate, including her family, even saying she hate them in her dream. Of course we can see how her brothers and father are opening and warming up to her, but it's still not enough.

It's really thrilling. She might die anytime. We know she would eventuallly opened her heart to her family, but personally at the same time I wonder if Penellope will ever forgive her past and all.

So far so good, and it's worth to read. I wish for more development between the family member.

This series has a lot going for it even though it's only 29 chapters in atm.

1. We get to know the MC before she transports into the game world. A lot of manwha don't give us enough time to know the MC's original life, leading to a disconnect. But here, I feel more for the MC because of how she was portrayed in her regular life. Moreover, we actually see MC playing the game she will eventually be transported into, and futilely having to restart due to bad endings. Then BAM she's actually become the game character!!

2. In-Game mechanisms: This series actually incorporates elements of the otome game (e.g. you can only say 1 of 3 given choices in scenarios at times). There are hidden quest pop-ups and all that jazz. This makes the series more exciting to read.

3. We are told that death is at every corner for this villainess, and since she is constantly stressed about getting killed by the hot dudes, winning them over becomes that much more crucial. The setting of this series is just well done.

4. Complex character creation: all the characters in this series feel mysterious, and you get the sense that there's always more than meets the eyes. It's this sort of atmosphere that makes readers want to keep binging. Kudos to the author for establishing this.

5. GORGEOUS art. I love the fashion, the hair colors, the brilliantly drawn facial expressions. Just so so pretty.

Can't wait to read more as the series updates.

The main character's struggle is real, you feel her pain and anguish. And you especially feel the unfairness of her new life. At the moment (at chapter 12) I really can't tell how exactly things will play out, but it really doesn't seem as cliche as most stories in this genre. I hope the story remains as realistic and non-cliche as it goes on.

The answer is yes, it is recommended that you read it. The novel has 210 chapters which means the manhwa would have around 100+ chapters.

The plot is very unique, it's very different from your typical isekai manhwa. As seen from the description, she needs to survive as a villainess in a game she played. Instead of being loved by everyone, she has to gain their love and affection to survive. From her life experience and gameplay, she is able to understand how to survive in the game she is in.

The art style is very beautiful, this artist uses thicker lines and is very good at shading. Everything is detailed and it's basically eye-candy.

So far, it is very engaging and at the end of each chapter, I always want to know what will happen next. Please give this manhwa a try, it is very good!

• she actually weeps at the fact that she has to put up an act as to curry favour from the male targets.. what she wouldn't do to keep her head attached. she is ready to even abandon her pride

• she's no saint, she won't be trusting anyone just because that one treats her well

• she actively look out for the most possible male target and actively avoiding targets with low interest in her

• the main protagonist has a mission (to keep her life) and she's determined and committed to reach her goal
