Has potential. The initial plot was pretty standard but abandoning the title and estate wasn't. It could've been another cookie cutter villainess story but it isn't. There aren't enough chapters to tell whether this will be good. The first 9 chapters are more of an introduction than the actual story.

well what do you expect from this? it was clearly drawn out to be a childish ecchi love story, not a serious romance story like lets say Horimiya. Both couples are high schoolers, but from the very beginning Horimiya was drawn out to be a more mature and serious love story, unlike this one. How can you expect a serious love story from the very first chapter which had a boy dogeza in front of a girl he doesnt even like and only thinking about popping of his cherry?
