did chapter 74 change?? I remember it being a lot shorter and when I saw the NEW sign I clicked it, and it was the same chaoter but it had way more pages and info.

The venomous-but-not-poisonous distinction applies to animals because animals can be full of venom but still be safe to eat. A dart covered in venom extracted from an animal is still also poisonous. The dart would only be venomous if you specifically knew it was full of extracted venom. Since you don't even know that, calling it venomous is a random assumption, and calling it poisonous is objectively correct.
