I love this kinda drama, where it's real fucked up, but everyone is at least honest about it. Just a matter of figuring out emotions instead of drama about trying to hide things that shouldn't be hidden. People actually talking and communicating, and trying to figure out if they can actually salvage their relationship reasonably.

It's a dirty story, but not because people keep stabbing each other in the back. Emotions are complicated, and so is navigating societal expectations. That's enough for a story and I'm all here for it.
